These terms cover content collaborations between you, the creator, and Purifu. By submitting an application or accepting a collaboration, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully.

Eligibility

1. To collaborate with Purifu, you must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Submitting an application does not guarantee a collaboration. Purifu may accept or decline any application at its sole discretion and is not required to respond to every application.

Collaboration Scope

1. Compensation for each collaboration will be agreed with you in writing before the collaboration begins.
2. The deliverables, such as the number and length of videos or photos, file format, deadlines and any creative brief, are as agreed with Purifu in writing, for example by email or direct message. These terms apply alongside that agreement.
3. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you are not required to post the content on your own social media accounts. If you do post it, you must clearly disclose your partnership with Purifu (for example, #ad or #PurifuPartner) and follow all applicable laws and platform rules.
4. Your content must reflect your honest, genuine experience with Purifu products.
5. Please share your experience in your own words, but avoid claiming that Purifu treats, cures or prevents any skin condition.

Content Delivery and Revisions

1. You agree to deliver the content by the agreed deadline in the agreed format, including raw or unedited footage if requested.
2. Purifu may request up to one round of reasonable revisions to make sure the content meets the brief. Further revisions are by mutual agreement.

Compensation

1. For paid collaborations, the agreed fee is paid once the final deliverables have been delivered and approved by Purifu, within 30 days of approval unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Where the agreed compensation is product only, no fee is owed.
3. Collaborating with Purifu does not make you an employee of Purifu.
4. You are responsible for any taxes on compensation you receive.
5. If deliverables are not provided, Purifu may cancel the collaboration and withhold any unpaid fee.

Content Usage Rights

1. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, by delivering content, you grant Purifu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, edit, crop, caption and share the content you create for Purifu. This includes use on Purifu's website and social media channels, in organic posts, and in paid advertising on Meta, TikTok and other digital platforms.
2. This licence includes the right to use your name, social media handle, likeness and voice as they appear in the content.
3. Purifu will not run ads directly from your personal account (such as Spark Ads or Partnership Ads) without your separate permission.
4. You confirm that you own the content, that you have permission from anyone else who appears in it, and that it does not include copyrighted music or materials you do not have the rights to use.

Intellectual Property

1. You may not alter Purifu's logo, packaging or other brand assets without Purifu's prior written consent.
2. Any Purifu promotional materials you use must be used respectfully and in line with Purifu's brand guidelines.

Personal Information

Information you submit in your application is used only to review your application and to contact you about collaborations. It will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cancellation

1. Either party may cancel a collaboration before the content is delivered by giving written notice.
2. If a collaboration is cancelled before any content is delivered, Purifu may ask you to return any unused product.
3. Content delivered and approved before cancellation remains covered by the usage rights above.

Limitation of Liability

Purifu will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data arising in connection with these terms or any collaboration, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms

Purifu may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in effect when you accept a collaboration applies to that collaboration, and any changes to an agreed collaboration must be agreed in writing by both parties.

Agreement

By submitting an application or accepting a collaboration, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. Breaking any of these terms may result in cancellation of the collaboration and forfeiture of any unpaid compensation.
