Our name combines Pure and 肤 (fū), the Chinese character for “skin”, which is a reminder that simplicity is often the most powerful form of care. How do I use Purifu towels in my skincare routine?

- Gently pat skin dry after cleansing (avoid rubbing)
- Dampen with warm water and press onto skin to soften and prep
- Dampen with toner/essence for a quick 1-3 minute compress
- After use, wipe the sink/counter, then dispose

What are Purifu towels made of?
Purifu towels are made from 100% cotton and are crafted without fragrances and dyes.
Are the towels single-use or can I reuse them?
We recommend using each towel per cleanse to ensure hygiene. However, you can get creative to find other uses to repurpose our towels, such as wiping down the sink or counter after use.
Do the towels have any fragrances, dyes, or added chemicals?
No, our towels are 100% cotton and crafted free from all fragrances, dyes, and added chemicals.
Sustainability
Are Purifu towels biodegradable or compostable?
Yes, Purifu towels are made from 100% cotton, a naturally biodegradable fiber.
If you home compost and your local guidelines allow it, 100% cotton may break down over time—composting conditions and timelines vary. Many municipal green bin programs don’t accept personal-care cotton items (for example, Toronto lists cotton balls/makeup pads as “not accepted”), so please check local rules.
How should I dispose of used towels?
Please dispose of used towels in the trash. Do not flush.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so we may not be able to make changes after 1 hour. Please email support@purifuco.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help.
My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Sometimes packages are incorrectly marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely arrive within a few days. If you do not receive your order in a couple of days, please contact our team at support@purifuco.com with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further.

Usually, packages will take less than 1 week to reach you. Please reach out to support@purifuco.com if you haven’t received your parcel after 2 weeks of placing your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes on my order?
